Uniform is worn by Members to create a sense of unity and to identify them as Guides. Districts are encouraged to form clothing pools.
A uniform including a sash will be worn when a girl makes her Promise.
It will also be worn at Unit meeting and at special times such as State Awards Presentation and ANZAC Day Marches.

Five to nine year olds (Pre-junior Guides and Junior Guides) wear the girls shirt—light blue shirt with a yellow side panel. Ten to 14 year olds (Guides) wear the tweens shirt—light blue shirt with an orange side panel.  Fourteen to 18 year olds (Senior Guides and Junior Leaders) wear the teens shirt—navy blue shirt with an orange panel or the teens blue shirt.

Bottom half: Navy bottoms.
Footwear: Enclosed shoes—black school shoes or sandshoes where appropriate.
Headwear: For outdoor activities a navy sun safe hat—logo preferred.
