Working with children legislation has changed. Girl Guides NSW & ACT have reviewed our policies, procedures and fact sheets.

The new Working with Children Check (WWCC) is a legislative requirement for most people aged 18 years and over who work or volunteer with children (those under the age of 18) in New South Wales.
