Junior Guides

Who's at Junior Guides
The group of Junior Guides you're getting to know is called a Unit. It's for girls of about 7 to 10 years old.
The girls in the Unit are in Patrols - a group of five or six girls who work together. They have a Patrol Leader, and the Patrol has its own name.
Many new friends
At Junior Guides, you can make many new friends.
In your patrol you'll always be working , planning and having fun with the same girls, so you often become close friends.
What we do
During school term you meet once a week to:
Do outdoor cooking and craft, sing, play adventure games, and act in plays.
Work toward badges and awards and do challenges
Choose and run your own activities with your Leader's help.
There may be indoor camps or special activities to go to with the Unit - a trip to the zoo, a bushwalk or a bbq near a beach or river.
