On The Farm 


The Agoonoree provides an opportunity for ALL Scouts and Guides, especially those with Special Needs, to gather and enjoy a wide range of 
activities and make new friends.




WHO: Open to all Scout and Guide members and their families.

• Pre Junior Guides can attend if with  parent or Guardian
• Junior Guides can attend if with a parent, guardian or Leader
• Guides can attend - please come with a fiend or Leader
• Senior Guides are encouraged to attend and help out as buddies or  just come and enjoy the weekend


WHEN: September 28 - October 1, 2018  

WHERE:Glenrock Scout Camp near Newcastle 

THEME: On the Farm, event includes a day trip on the Sunday to Oakvale Farm & Fauna World. 

ACCOMODATION: Not Available, This is a Day only event for Girl Guides 

COST:TBD, as this is a day only event for Girl Guides 

 

This is a joint camp with Scouts (thus there will be male & female campers & leaders)
Girl Guides will not be able to camp this year. 


As this is a joint camp you will need complete both Girl Guide ADM27  forms and Scout E1 permission forms. 

You will need to pay for this camp through Scouts by following the instructions on the appropriate E1 permission form.

Registrations Close 7 September. 


If personal care support or intensive support is needed throughout the weekend, then you will either need to bring a buddy with you.
Either way we do recommend that you and someone else that you know attends camp with you so you can enjoy camp with someone familiar.

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW & ACT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
Registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior.
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to eventsadmin@girlguides-nswact.org.au.

Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.

REFUNDS
All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
