Dolphin Day is an annual event at RTS Tingira for Pre-Junior and Junior Guides to enjoy a day on the water and exploring marine specimens accompanied by their Leaders.

When:

Sunday 10 November

Where:

RTS Tingira 51 Dorking Road
Cabarita, NSW

Time:

9am - 3:15pm

Who:

Pre-Junior and Junior Guides, accompanied by their Leaders. Junior Leaders are able to attend as helpers for their Unit however they will need to register as a youth attendee.

Tickets:

Pre-Junior and Junior Guides - $60
Unit Leaders and Adult Helpers - Free
- Lunch is included in both ticket types.

Additional:

- This event is very popular and may reach capacity before the registrations close date. To avoid missing out make sure you register early.
- All youth participants will need to bring a copy of their ADM 27, and all adult participants will need to bring a copy of their ADM 28.
- If you are a Junior Leader and would like to help the RTS Tingira Committee with the Dolphin Day activities please email your interest to events@girlguides-nswact.org.au.
- This event is subject to weather conditions.

Registration & Refund Policy Courses:

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW & ACT in good financial standing to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.

Registrations close: 5pm Monday 21 October, unless event is filled prior to this date.

Once you have registered you will receive more information regarding the program via email.

No name changes, refunds or transfers after Monday 21 October.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to events@girlguides-nswact.org.au and will only be processed under extenuating circumstances.

In some cases, a transfer to the next available equivalent program in the calendar year may be considered. To request a transfer after the registration close date please email events@girlguides-nswact.org.au.

There are no name changes or refunds after the registration close date.
Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to courses@girlguides-nswact.org.au
 
REFUNDS
All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
