Notice of Meeting: Girl Guides NSW & ACT's AGM

18 APRIL 2019
GIrl Guides NSW & ACT's Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 18 May 2019, commencing at 2.00pm at Glengarry State Training and Activity Centre, North Turramurra.

This year's AGM will include a very special guest speaker, Girl Guide and UNICEF Australia Young Ambassador 2018–2019: Ashleigh Armstrong.

Following a Constitution Review, Girl Guides NSW & ACT's Board has approved some proposed amendments to the current Constitution to be recommended to Members for decision at the 2019 AGM.

The proposed amendments to the Constitution have been developed with the intent of ensuring that Girl Guides NSW & ACT has a modern constitution that will enable the organisation to continue to grow and engage with all its Members.

Two emails have been sent to all Members eligible to vote at the AGM and take part in Board Director Elections. One email contained all the information needed to participate in this year’s Board Director Elections. The other contained the Notice of Meeting for the AGM, and Proposed Constitutional Amendments, with the option to vote on the resolutions online. Please see below for the FAQ sheet, the current Constitution and a draft Contitution with proposed amendments.

For any questions or for more information contact Girl Guides NSW & ACT's CEO Helen White on 02 8396 5200 or by email.
