Girl Guides enjoy World Thinking Day

Celebrated since 1926, World Thinking Day is a day of international friendship with 10 million members worldwide. It is an opportunity to speak out on issues that affect young women, with the theme this year being Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
This year's World Thinking Day saw Girl Guides partaking in some wonderful events, including Haberfield Girl Guides being active at the Greenway Parkrun!
The Coastal Valley Region and Tumbi Vale Guides celebrated in Newcastle with over 300 Girl Guides taking part in various cultural activities. The girls collected stamps in their World Thinking Day passports as they stopped at activity stations representing countries.
